Ocean freight & booking
FCL and LCL bookings into the Beibu Gulf, on the sailing that fits the consignee rather than the one that is easiest to book.
Uni-Link International Supply Chain (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. arranges imports into South China through Qinzhou, Fangchenggang and Beihai: the ocean booking to the port of discharge, the import clearance file, and delivery inland by truck, rail or inland barge. The entry is filed by a licensed broker at the port of discharge and the inland leg is arranged per shipment — both are confirmed case by case before a figure goes into a quotation.

| Port | What it handles | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Qinzhou | Container terminal and an automated rail–sea transfer that moves a railcar in about 1.7 hours; around 90 container services | The usual discharge port for containerised imports and for cargo continuing inland by rail |
| Fangchenggang | Dry bulk: the largest copper concentrate import port in China, second for manganese and chrome, the largest iron ore and coal import port in the south, and about 8–9% of China's imported soybeans | Bulk and breakbulk imports, with the inland leg planned around the rail siding |
| Beihai | General cargo and container calls | Used when the consignee sits closer to Beihai or the sailing fits better; requirements confirmed for each vessel |
Send the origin port, the cargo, the volume and the consignee. If a document is missing we ask for it once, in the same reply.
You get the discharge port, the sailing, the clearance route and the inland leg, with the excluded charges written out.
Space is confirmed, the manifest details are checked, and duty and VAT are advised before the vessel arrives so the consignee can fund the entry.
The container is discharged, the entry is filed by the licensed broker, and inspection is attended if customs asks for one.
Pickup, the rail or barge leg, and delivery to the consignee, with proof of delivery sent back to you the same day.
The entry is filed at the port of discharge by a licensed broker and we run the file around it: manifest details, duty and VAT advised before arrival, inspection attended, and the container released to the consignee. If you already work with a broker in Qinzhou or Fangchenggang, we use yours.
Once the classification and the value are agreed, normally before the vessel berths. Duty and VAT are payable by the importer of record, and the amount is shown as a separate line rather than included in the freight figure.
Yes. Reefer bookings are made against the temperature the cargo needs, and the plug-in, discharge and pickup windows are agreed with the terminal before arrival — a reefer waiting on the quay is where the loss happens.
By rail on the Western Land–Sea Corridor out of Qinzhou, or by inland barge where the cargo and the waterway suit. The combination is designed first and its feasibility confirmed per shipment, because space on both legs moves with demand.
No. One pallet can move as LCL and a single container is a normal file. Volume changes the unit price, not whether we take the booking.
Give us the origin, the destination and the cargo — we reply within one business day.
Origin port, cargo, volume, consignee city and ready date are enough for a first figure.
